Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

A report is a single DMARC aggregate report (RUA) received from a reporting provider such as Google, Microsoft, or Yahoo. Each XML file counts as one report, regardless of how many records it contains.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
